高電壓擊穿強度測試儀安全保護功能:
◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進(jìn)行,試驗箱門(mén)打開(kāi)時(shí)電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端,即高壓側無(wú)電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm,50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm,試驗時(shí)即使人接觸箱壁也不會(huì )有危險。
◆ 設備要安裝單獨的保護地線(xiàn)。接保護地線(xiàn),主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對周?chē)a(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
◆ 該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施,主要有:過(guò)流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。
◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時(shí),當開(kāi)啟試驗門(mén)時(shí)設備會(huì )自動(dòng)報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會(huì )自動(dòng)取消.(注:因為直流試驗后不放電會(huì )危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。
◆ 試驗放電裝置,隨主機為一體化,改進(jìn)了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。

整機組成:
1、升壓部件:由調壓器和高壓變壓器組成0~50KV的升壓部分。
2、動(dòng)部件:由步進(jìn)電機均勻調節調壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。
3、檢測部件:由集成電路組成的測量電路。通過(guò)信號線(xiàn)把檢測的模擬信號和開(kāi)關(guān)信號傳給計算機。
4、計算機軟件:通過(guò)智能電路把由檢測設備采集的測控信號傳給計算機。計算機根據采集的信息控制設備運行并處理試驗結果。
5、試驗電極:根據國家標準(1408.1-2006)隨設備提供三個(gè)電極,具體規格為:Ф25mm×25mm兩個(gè);Ф75mm×25mm一個(gè)。
注意事項:
●本儀器試驗過(guò)程中如空氣相對濕度大于70%,兩電極間空氣放電的距離會(huì )增加很多,所以試驗中請與儀器保持1.2米的距離。
●本儀器之控制計算機專(zhuān)為電壓擊穿試驗機設計,請勿隨意添加和刪除程序或移作它用。
●本公司保留對設備改進(jìn)的權利,并不另行通知用戶(hù)。
注意事項:
1、介電擊穿強度試驗儀安裝時(shí)應具有獨立的接地線(xiàn)。
2、在開(kāi)機前,操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間,相對濕度60%到70%之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響,屬正?,F象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時(shí)必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進(jìn)行放電,放電時(shí)間5秒以上。
7、每次進(jìn)行試驗前,必須檢查儀器接地。

概述
電壓擊穿試驗儀采用計算機控制,通過(guò)人機對話(huà)方式,完成對絕緣介質(zhì)材料的工頻電壓擊穿,工頻耐壓試驗。
適用于對固體絕緣材料(如:絕緣漆、樹(shù)脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下?lián)舸╇妷?,擊穿強度和耐電壓的測試。
儀器對實(shí)驗過(guò)程中的各種數據快速、準確地進(jìn)行采集、處理、存取、顯示、打印。
安全說(shuō)明:
試驗在較高電壓下進(jìn)行,所以我們在設計時(shí)加以必要的保護措施以防止發(fā)生意外。
1.試驗在試驗箱中進(jìn)行,試樣可放在空氣中或變壓器油中。50KV電壓頭安全放電距離對四周均小于200mm,試驗時(shí)即使觸到箱壁也不會(huì )發(fā)生危險。
